If exploiting the land is free, near infinite profit ratio, it's a no brainer for a company.
I dont have children and thank god I'll be dead in less than 40 years. The planet and future generations are fucked. There will never be another planet as perfect as this one was for humans. Like my friend says, dont worry about it, keep fishing (my hobby).
