I tried to login with the E-Mail option on Firefox and without error message it loads something and goes to the frontpage. Chromium browsers worked flawlessly and so does Firefox in Private Mode.

How to correctly identify the cause of this issue, whether it is a broken cache, wrong setting or some interruption because of an extension? I never dealt with this login method so unsure what to look for.
