@itsfoss@mastodon.social Brave is literally adware.
@itsfoss@mastodon.social this is like Trump vs Kamala all over again. Both suck but one is clearly “better” than the other.
@itsfoss@mastodon.social Mullvad says "hold my beer".
@itsfoss@mastodon.social On that privacy tests website, few entire sections that are shown red for Firefox, would turn green with uBlock Origin with privacy/anti-tracking filters selected.
I'm also surprised by ECH being marked as not supported. It should be on by default since Firefox 119.

Funny. Why don't test Ff and Brave yourself?
There:

Brave browser is, by default, better than Ff for privacy protection including fingerprint resistance...
With Ff there is a lot of job to reach the same level. This for example:

Have a nice day
@itsfoss@mastodon.social they're both lying about the search engine. Both default to Google when you install them. And Brave is more easy to harden rather that Firefox. Brave's dependency on cryptocurrency gives them negative points. And personally, Luke Mulks doesn't have much respect from me.
@itsfoss@mastodon.social Bringing the kettle to the pot, and they both deserve each other. 🤣👍
