So the lesson here is that Elsevier does not check reviewers.
In the last 20 years, many for-profit scam journals have popped up out of nowhere. And then there are traditional for-profit scam journals like those operated by Elsevier.
"Science of the Total Environment" journal? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Too silly even for a 3rd-rate sci-fi film...
They really tried to cheat the peer review?
So in other words, it was a Tuesday.
