It's the scale of eliminating 90% of possible responders as "filthy casuals" who haven't played over 41 full days of rimworld.

That's something you'd never hear me say. Please don't suggest I would. It hadn't even occurred to me.

In fact it's quite the opposite, self-ridicule for those whom, like myself, have played ridiculous amounts of hours of RimWorld and recognise the fun about that.

1=1000 (or less)
2=2000
....
9=9000
10=10000 (or more)

Then what do I select if I have e.g. 1200? That scale makes no sense, sorry. You should provide a range for each of the options. And as was already mentioned by someone else - most of the players would fall in the <1000 category and you're squeeshing them into just one option. A logarythmic scale would be much more effective in representing this type of data.

You choose, either 1000 or 2000, it doesn't have to be that specific. Personally I'd round down so 1000

I just made it a simple Google Forms question. I don't think a logarithmic scale is an option. But feel free to make a better version!
