First off, you are grouping deletions and bans from multiple communities which is either intentionally misleading or you don't even understand they are for different communities. The ban from News was the same as the two removed posts where you claim to live in North Korea. Those posts on their own are obviously trolling.

"Previously banned" isn't referring to the first comment 'NK' being deleted.
This is a community in the spirit of "Am I The Asshole" where people can post their own bans from lemmy or reddit or whatever and get some feedback from others whether the ban was justified or not.
Sometimes one just wants to be able to challenge the arguments some mod made and this could be the place for that.
