Mull is kinda sorta Tor Browser Android, but without routing over Tor network and upstream Firefox. It enables many features upstreamed by the Tor Uplift project through @arkenfox and @pyllyukko's user.js projects.
And considering mullvad doesn't have a mobile app yet..

The current best option is Firefox Beta with about:config
Other options are iceraven which is normally several updates behind and the Iodé browser, which is up to date but I don't know much about it to blindfully use it to replace Mull, this is the Fdroid repo link
Hopefully some options show up before the next Firefox update.
