The article title is somewhat misleading:

Twitter's Community Notes is whole lot better than nothing. In fact I'm not sure it's worse than the "factchecking" Facebook had.

So the article has the headline "What are your alternatives", but then doesn't list any alternatives even goes as far as saying there are no good alternatives. What a shit headline.
