For anyone else curious about the blue and red areas above Io: "The image shows a major eruption in progress on Io's night side, at the northern volcano Tvashtar. Incandescent lava glows red beneath a high volcanic plume, whose uppermost portions are illuminated by sunlight. The plume appears blue due to scattering of light by small particles in the plume."
That's so cool. I didn't realise we had pictures like this.

yo thats so cool. I think these space probes are some of the coolest things Humanity has made.
Also fun fact for anyone, one of the processors in the New Horizons probe is based on the MIPS R3000, which also ran the original Playstation
