[Bug Report] Replies to a comment don't get posted to the correct place in the thread (lemmy.world)

Sometimes when I'm replying to a comment, the reply will not get posted to the correct place in the thread... The few times this has happened, the reply ends up getting posted to the root/OP instead.

It will appear as though I'm replying to the correct comment while in the compose screen.
