I love this, what a cool concept. I always love seeing unique building projects.
All I can think of, is that tiny people would be watching me have a shower.

It would be funny if you installed a water proof LCD in one of the tiles or a couple or a few of them. Don't tell people what you did and when a friend or family member has a shower in there, they'll think it's interesting and suddenly the people in one of tiles starts moving or waving at them.
Would need a microled or oled and a light sensor
Regular LCD would he obvious and so would a glow in the dark tile or tile that's brighter than the lighting in the room
Add a motion sensor that activates a video of the tenent disapproving and closing the blinds.
When you're into exhibitionism but don't want to actually do it.
