I wish it was explained right off-the-bat what an "air knife" is and does, but I had to watch the first part of the video, after a trick show then some joking around, before I finally got an explanation.

It's basically just an air blower for cleaning similar to the normal spray nozzle, but in a flat blade shape.

Kinda like the water in this photo, but high pressure.
