How long until we just decide to abandon New Orleans? It's too much trouble.
Let the Dutch have it. They'll "find" an extra 1000 sq mi of land post haste.
Clearly nature has explicitly stated “do not build a city here” with numerous warnings in the form of natural disasters and now the extreme reduction in life sustaining resources… perhaps we should listen and not argue. We will not win.
