Was looking around for different writing communities and found this one. The idea's simple, start a post with one sentence, then others build on it in the comments one sentence at a time. It's a fun community idea in my opinion, just needs more participants!

I'm down to give it a shot, but I expect lots of forks, or at least 1 fork dodging the overly verbose excuse I have for a "single sentence"

I can write a sentence as long as a paragraph if I ignore grammar. ;)

Neat. My junior high friend group used to come up with some ridiculous stuff this way! That said, even though playing around with absurdities was very fun, I wonder if those of us here on Lemmy could come up with something dramatic and even moving?
