My first thought was: why have I never heard of this? The answer seems to be: 2" x 3" photo paper costs $0.41/ea.

Mail-order professional photo prints are quite a bit cheaper than that. So, the main thing this contends with is other instant photo creation methods. Which are pretty niche ever since digital cameras became good.

Yeah its VERY expensive and only useful for a very niche setup. But its cool we can have options like this in the first place.

These actually make awesome pictures! Its cool tech that allows you to do prints anytime without feeling like a polaroid where you dont get any option of post. With a mobile setup, you can print off prints to show work. Its certainly not for everyone.
