Same gear.
Soap: signature soaps Britannia
Mint and aniseed scented soap from UK's best.
Really nice with a little menthol kick. Mid tier and Gabe myself a nick but as I'm now 12 or 23 shaves onto the den tour I expect blade is going to start fixing a bit of grief.
Got as far as getting the scrubty-four out of storage to send to DJ. Baby steps
Brush: Semogue Pegasus Finest Mistura Badger/Boar
Razor: Blackland Razors Blackbird in brass
Blade: Wizamet
Lather: Australian Private Reserve - Raconteur
Post Shave: Australian Private Reserve - Raconteur
Fragrance: Australian Private Reserve - Raconteur
Day 1 of APRil started off with some serious stank. The Rac attac is always a fun shave.
I woke up to an email from Ulrik that the Moarteens are ready to be shipped. That and a very nice stankening with the smooth Heljestrand 14 this morning. A great start into the day, I'd say.

First real shave with the new RazoRock razor.
This is not a review, just an initial impression.
Without doing a side-by-side shave (yet), I can't say just how similar it is to the 34C other than "It's similar".
I'm a fan of mild razors, so the 34C is a pleasure to use. The 34C is also very efficient for me, so my hope for the RazoRock GOAT is it's a razor with:
Points 3 and 4 are easy wins. For points 1 and 2, my initial impression is that I'm going to love this razor. There is a tad bit of blade feel, but it's solidly in the mid to low end. And the efficiency -- wow. I'm probably not doing it any favors by using a blade with 58 uses, but this is a very close shave. No aftershave feedback, either.

Brush: Wald Nimbus Chryselephantine 29mm A1 Fan
Razor: Dubl Duck 5/8" Full Hollow
Lather: Mäurer and Wirtz - Tabac - Soap
Aftershave: Mäurer & Wirtz - Tabac - Aftershave
3 passes. Face lather. Excellent shave.
I used this Dubl Duck yesterday and thought that the edge could use some refinement. Today, I took it back to my new coticule and took the finish beyond a simple water finish; pushing it with ONR. The result was screaming sharp, but required low-angle attention to remain comfortable. I did a lot of post-shave stropping. Hopefully, that will provide enough edge-rounding to reach a happy medium with this razor.

Such a great shave. The 7 blades in my cartridge gave me at least 7 times as close a shave as usual! My face is pretty raw, but there's definitely no hair left. Or skin.
I'm not sure why everyone on this forum is so hyped about outdated, antiquated shave gear. Have you guys not tried the latest and greatest? Next week I'm upgrading to the new 9-blade system that comes with its own smartphone app to track your shaving metrics.
The best part is I got this razor on sale at the gas station - only $44.99 for the handle and two cartridges! Such a bargain compared to those overpriced safety razors.

Dude cool where do I sign up?
I sent a letter to Gillette World Headquarters to get my spot on the waitlist.
