I'm lucky enough to live in a county where that's the reality, no matter how much money you have, help is available. What we really need is Photoshop in Linux. Yeah the free alternatives are super cool and definitely fine for lighter and more occasional use, but unfortunately I just don't think they'll ever be good for professional and more advanced hobby usage. I really fuckin hate adobe but at the same time Photoshop just is really good. We really do need a real competitor to Photoshop though, be it paid or free because Adobes business practices are getting ridiculously bad.

I'm super glad davinci resolve exists for video editing. Obviously not 100% feee and open source, but again it's hard to believe a completely open solution could ever compete with adobes offering as well as davinci does. It's both super nice to use, you can use it free or pay the imo very reasonable price for the professional license, which includes free upgrades for life! And wait, it also works on linux!! Almost unbelievable. I only wish it had h264 support on Linux for the free tier, but oh well... Nothing's perfect :)

Taking long to release a new game isn't the problem imo. The real problem is how shit online was from day one and them starting to milk that online cow dry from day one with with boring grindy missions and microtransactions.

I'll see reviews and if the single player is good, and I mean really good, I'll wait for a PC release and buy it, but if that happens, I promise to never even touch any Rockstar online mode, unless a real miracle happens and they actually make it fun to play, which most definitely won't happen.

I got a used brother that had ever only printed one toner cartridges worth of prints, for 15€. It even has wifi, definitely one of the better buys I've made. I only need to print a handful of times a year so I anticipate it'll last me for years and years.

Yeah. The vast majority of people have no real reason to own a color printer. Black and white laser does the job and only if you need to print something like photos at home, should you even consider an inkjet.

Even though I now see why, it'll still bug the ever loving shit out of me.

It's almost like a cheat code to make almost anything taste better!

But I also I don't understand people who think that it literally is cheating and shouldn't be used because of that. If msg is cheating, salt is also cheating.
