If it's something popular you may find your course in public torrent sites.

My tip: if you didn't find it anywhere, sometimes VPN to India will drop the price in 50-90% of the "original" price.

The less straight forward way is to put a Middleware To query the IP with some geoIP site the get the info.

nginx+ supports geoIP blocking as well, there may be a free version of this feature

VPN could be determined by the IPV4/6 blocks that was allocated to them.

My bet would be to use residential socks proxy.

In terma of cc, Maybe turkey paypal?

General tips: Don't login from non turkey IP (phone app could leak your IP even when app is closed for example, app sometimes pull/push data when closed ).

Why not make it paid app? Doing poll or interact with the user base. I would pay 3-5$ on that. Heck, maybe even 0.5$ a month
