Consent doesn't matter to rich people. It's not exclusive to Musk.

Let's agree that the two party system is shit. But let's not let that distract us that a vote for Trump will effectively move us to a one party system with zero opportunity to change things for the better.

They should have increased the payout. It should have been a percentage of what CF would have paid had they paid the troll.

I don't expect attorneys to be experts in technical work. Even those who are won't have the same experience as the literal millions of techies out there who know really obscure technology.

If it's nothing, then there's no harm in linking to it. Why block it?

By taking this action, the Streisand effect has taken place and now people are actively looking for it.

Edit: clarified my comment

I understand that the company is protecting its liability or whatever.

The company can do that by training your boss not to ask questions related to your health.

The government is cagey about how, exactly, this criminal activity was unearthed, noting only that Herrera "tried to access a link containing apparent CSAM." Presumably, this "apparent" CSAM was a government honeypot file or web-based redirect that logged the IP address and any other relevant information of anyone who clicked on it.

It looks like a combination of bad opsec and clicking on a download link.

I know there has been some back and forth whether it's good to use a VPN with tor and feel like this is just going to open up that conversation again.

I don't get him. During his inauguration, he had "alternate facts" that said he had the biggest in US Parks history, despite them never having taken attendance. The biglyest.

Where are those alternate facts now?

Yeah but the wages of these employees haven't. Don't go making the employer raise their hourly rate!

So inconsiderate of you.

Fun fact: many cities had issues with female fruiting trees because their fruits would rot on the ground, causing bad smells and rodents. So they replaced them with male trees.

Unfortunately for allergy sufferers, this increased pollen counts exponentially. But that's not all. Because these trees can "sense" that they are competing with other male trees, they produce even more pollen than they normally would.

Edit: My information is outdated! It was based on an article that I read back in the early 2000s and it looks like it's been debunked.

We need the Satanic Temple to unironically demand Satan worship classes.

That's what the primary is for.

If you have a dem that no longer aligns with your interests, you vote them out during the primary.

But then you show up during the general, hold your nose, and vote Democrat.

Want to know why?

Because the Republicans will vote Republican no matter what and we've unfortunately pushed our democracy to the point where we either vote for the somewhat okay guy or the guy that will bite your face off.
