I've graduated from cast iron to ceramic coated cast iron.

All of the benefits of cast iron with the added appeal of never having to reseason it.

For most workflows, especially text, 720p is more than enough.

That said, DisplayPort >>>>> HDMI

Never profits. Must be revenue.

Companies have ways of looking like they don't make a profit, especially when it comes to filing taxes.

"Oh, we created a subsidiary in Ireland and, gosh darn, they charged us a gagillion dollars for this pen. We actually have a loss this year."

Beat

"Stimulus please!"

So this is the kind of comments that makes by brain itch because just dropping this kind of information makes it sound plausible. I did some digging.

In 2021, Newsguard won a just under $750k contract with the US Air Force for "Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences". I thought this was odd because Newsguard doesn't seem like a research institution as much as it is a news rating site.

Digging into their contract FA864921P1569 and it looks like what the USAF purchased was "Misinformation Fingerprints".

This was a one-time purchase, charged as equipment.

The USAF had as much influence over Newsguard's 1A rights as I do when I complain to Nestle to stop stealing all of our water.

LPT: For faucets like this (or if you just want running water to wash something) get a paper towel. Wet it under the water and then put it over the sensor.

Toilet paper also works but it's messier.

Yeah that hit me wrong too. I believe he often addresses him Lt. Paris or Mr. Paris.

In some of the blu ray extras, the director of Up talked about how he coached the kid that plays Russel to get certain emotions out of him.

I don't think it is as intense as the OPs examples. But it was kind of cool to see the behind the scenes.

Your passkey is an encrypted message that authenticates you, the service you're trying to reach, and your computer.

If you go to a phishing site, the passkey won't even come up because the browser doesn't recognize the site. Granted a dumb user could still use their user/pass but ideally the user has MFA set up so they can't get far.

The goal of a passkey is to replace username and passwords entirely so that phishing becomes less common.

The main issue with passkeys is that unless you have something like a YubiKey or an authenticator (like bitwarden), the passkey is tied to the browser which means if the device gets lost you can't log in anymore.
