You know how people outside the USA vote? They go there, show their ID, get a tick on the list of voters, and do the voting.

So the picture is wrong then, the marked angle is top right (and the right angle, of course), the other angle is not marked, so adjacent and opposite are swapped.

In "Dodger" by Terry Pratchett: Why does Dodger scratch "Kaspar" in the carriage of the embassy before setting everything on fire? There is no character I know with that name and if he just randomly picks a German(?) name, why should it remind anyone of him then?
