You are lost, you use ventoy on a seperate usb. Then you can install whatever distro on your portable ssd. You can install multiple as long as your partition things well. It's not that difficult. You could have asked here instead of going on a rollercoaster of weird self-imposed problems.
I use a very very minimal OpenSuse Tumbleweed KDE but I start the DE manually; startplasma-wayland or startx
OpenSuse Tumbleweed if you want rolling
Debian if you want stable
Having Cosmic on Tumbleweed would be super awesome too
That's the problem, discussions should happen on the open web, not hidden in chatrooms
Dell XPS or Latitude or Precision, ThinkPad P or X, Framework, LG Gram, System76 and other linux-focused manufacturers, Asus Vivobook
Use Kimovil to check bands and specs. If it's a mediatek cpu, don't buy it, it has poor custom rom support. Only buy snapdragon fabbed by TSMC. Make sure this would be a popular phone (because only popular phones get roms) by checking hype. You will have to run Xiaomi.EU as your rom for a good while then maybe after a few years you might get some better roms.
That's good news, I much prefer the current logo
Why is there a logo change at all? The current logo is perfectly fine. Personally I voted for the least worst of them, triangles
Those are fake indie games. They re-create the indie aesthethic to appeal to ethical consumers.
Dave the diver is not indie because it's published by Nexon.
Lies of P is made by a previously unsuccessful company, but it's also not indie. They made a lot of games in the past like Battlefield Online
Too much bloat, no bootloader unlock. International model can be bootloader unlocked but you can't change secure boot keys and relock.
This is the most annoying thing about TW. You gotta do "zypper dup --no-recommends"
