Coffee shop? More like a dessert-in-a-cup emporium! Finding normal coffee on the menu these days is like a treasure hunt. ha.
I don't know where all this "I don't like Harris" stuff comes from. Considering the presidents we've had lately, hahaha... if she won, it would be amazing. I'm sure there are better people in the world, but they don't even get close to the White House. We have to be realistic. She's a great pick considering current political realities.
I believe it's beneficial that he didn't drop out six months ago, as it forces the Trump campaign to re-strategize at the last moment of the race. There are fewer negative attacks on Harris, while Joe has been attacked for four years. It probably stresses out the Trump campaign a little.
It's not like there's another choice at this time. She's there and likely has the donor money. The campaign team is assembled and working. It's really the only option at this point. It's either Joe or Harris. I admire you for recognizing that this is a win, and we need to take it and move forward.
It's going to be so crazy now; it'll feel like years. Just wait and see.
The Roe v. Wade issue is a strong strategy, and I look forward to her bringing it up continuously.
They were losing donors. Unfortunately, without money, forget it.
It's not those people we have to worry about. It's the ones in the middle who sway one way or another. They care enough that Trump lost last time.
Another thought is that Joe has to campaign while still being president, whereas Harris can focus almost all her energy on campaigning. I believe this alone will make a big difference.
Not only that, Republicans often begin undermining their opponent's reputation from day one, spending nearly four years focused on convincing the public that Biden is ineffective. Now, all that effort is erased at the most crucial time of the election. They no longer have years to shape public perception. This sets the stage for a fairer fight, and Harris is a more compelling speaker than Biden. I believe It was a good play.
He has lifetime Secret Service protection. Would they sit in the cell with him? Any time served would need to be in a secure, comfortable location. It would be a half-assed prison at best.
The problem for Linux is that one person could have a wonderful experience with little issue, while somebody else can't even boot their machine. It's so across the board. I have several computers, and some love Linux while some hate Linux; some are 10x faster than Windows, while another is 2x slower than windows. I don't mind. I love all the tweaking. But sometimes it takes some brainpower to figure out something. Windows seems to be mostly decent on most machines. I definitely have more issues in Linux to get things to work the way I want them. Still, I'm a Linux user, but , I can't judge anybody for returning to windows.
