I like that you tell a story with the images. It's a lot more challenging to create a cohesive series. Nice work 👍
Goosebumps Book
Come up with a book title and generate cover art in the style
It really got me in the shop more, and actually using all my tools more often now too.
It also got me into new hobbies with microcontrollers and LEDs as I have built several wifi enabled Led signs and a flight control box for Microsoft flight Sim
I guess if you include my house in the price of the French cleat wall it's not so cheap.
Yes, I used my table saw.
However with a diy circular saw sled you could do this without too much fuss. Most circular saws I have seen allow the plate to be adjusted so the blade sits at an angle so that shouldnt be a problem.
I have broken down plywood into strips in similar fashion using that method.

If you have access to a router you can make a version that keeps you from straying https://www.woodmagazine.com/saws/shop-made-circ-saw-guide-cant-stray
When I cut down sheet goods with a circular saw I have a big 4x8 piece of foam insulation I lay on the ground and then set the plywood on to keep things well supported and keep the blade from hitting the ground.
Looks cool.
Ignore if you already know this, but I was having issues when I joined a few weeks ago so passing on what I learned.
Unlike reddit, Lemmy lets you edit your original post so you can still add the image if you wanted. Either the direct image link from wherever you are hosting or you can upload to whatever Lemmy instance you're on. I had trouble getting images to upload until I learned there was a 100kb limit on lemm.ee. It will just fail to load without providing useful error message unless your under your servers file size limit.
No other recommendations that others haven't mentioned, but enjoy!
There is something super satisfying about milled lumber
Unintentional, but you are right. I think it's the combination of the aspect ratio I used and the prompt to have them a woodworking bench. I wouldn't be surprised if the ai referenced last supper somewhere in it's algorithm.
Adding an umbrella kept making it rain in the images, and bomb vests are blocked by the filter lol. But I like the added chaos!
The Ryan's Steakhouse Incident. Stumbled across it over a decade ago and still the memory of it makes me laugh.
