Ohh it's much worse than that. Usually humans would live to around 60 if they survived infancy before that. Their diet was varied and since food was a limited resource, there was no way of population blasts. But agriculture just fucked it all up. We stopped moving around since the land needed constant maintainence and since the diet became mostly carbohydrates, combined with back breaking work, our life expectancy dropped to 40. We didn't domesticate wheat, wheat domesticated us. It took modern medicine... ie 20th century to get the average life expectancy up again.
I recommend you read the book called Sapiens. It's an eye opener.

I don't know about others here but I manually hibernate with
systemctl hibernate
And it works pretty well. I set up 16gb swap for my 16gb ram (Which I know is overkill) but it works. I am on Fedora 40

The software inherently tracks the series for you. The data is saved in your .config/offflix folder

I am building this mainly for my personal use. Plus most of dedicated software tries to pander to a large audience incuring bloat. Hence I am not adding networking features now. But I really love my software and if I set up over the network media servers I will update this to that. It's ultimately my code and as you can see by the lack of other people contributing and the software not being that massively popular I don't think anybody will mind.
