I moved every piece to every spot they could go and couldn’t get it. Not sure what the right answer was lol.

I had the luck to get a pair of 32” jncos in ‘97 I think, maybe ‘98, and I remember them costing over $100. The bigger you went the more expensive of course.

But yea, they still make them. Just checked their website and it looks like prices have come down. Last I checked, about a year and a half ago, they were starting at around $300, but I’m seeing them in the $130 range with the 32” starting at $180 and the 50” going to $260. This is great, I might buy a pair later this year.

I’m still not sure if this just will ever impact me since I don’t use the Hue app at all. Everything I HomeKit or home assistant.

Smart devices with local control are absolutely the ticket. HA is surprisingly easy once you get past figuring out how to set up the server.

Yes. The actual artist.

That was one of the things that was working quite well during the NFT hype.

I’ve carried my 12 Pro for 3 years, which is the longest I think I’ve kept a phone (worked in wireless for a good while and had to keep up with latest devices so I could sell them, and it became a bit of a habit to upgrade regularly). My 15 Pro Max comes in tomorrow and I plan to use it for 3-5 years. I’m upgrading specifically for USB-C so that now all my devices that get used regularly have the same port. I’ll give my lightning cables away so they don’t just become e waste immediately and that’ll be that.

Don’t need blockchain, no, but blockchain has some advantages since its peer verified and, when implemented well, much harder to fake data than a centralized database might be.

With a normal database we have to trust the one person/entity managing it.

With blockchain, it’s a community that we trust.

That’s a pretty privileged position to be in. Not everyone can say no to a job because the quality of the team isn’t to par because they are more interested in keeping food on the table than being happy at work.

The eggos thawed at some point would be my guess.

25-90 minutes north of Seattle depending on traffic. So yea, it’s an expensive area to live in.
