Not what you asked, but I pirated a software because it could only run on one machine. For my second computer they wanted me to buy another license... Unacceptable.

  1. Download yt-dlp.
  2. In your browser navigate to the episode page.
  3. Press F12 to open devtools and then press on the "network" tab.
  4. Press the "play" button, after it loads you can pause it.
  5. In the network tab filter the urls and search for "m3u8" url and copy it.
  6. In the terminal enter yt-dlp , it should look something like yt-dlp https://manifest.prod.boltdns.net/......../master.m3u8/fastly_token=some64bitencodedstring -o yourfilename.mp4

BTW I tested it myself and it worked.

If someone is on the ledge we need to pull them back, not push.

If I manage to do this, would you guys want a writeup or something? (the hacking/re instances are pretty much dead...)

[-] McBain@feddit.ch 9 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

First I learned how to program in c (recently I learned c++). Then I learned how to read assembly, how pc memory works, what is dynamic and static linking, what are vtables, and for debugging I learned how to use tools like ghidra, Detect It Easy, xdbg, etc...

Learned about compression, un/packing, dll injection, anti-debug methods.

Also did some simple game hacking, nothing fancy.

It's not all but I can't write everything here... I don't know any good RE courses (maybe someone else here can share).

I also read a lot of writeups on reddit from r/ReverseEngineering and r/REGames

Hi pirates.

I used to reverse engineer and crack CrackMes and CTF Challenges, and while those are fun and teaches important concepts it's not close enough for real world cracking. I'm looking for softwares to practice on. This will probably help other people so maybe we should make a list. I thought on something like:

  1. Easy peasy software to crack (Closet thing to CrackMe but real).
  2. Keygen.
  3. Dll patching.
  4. Manipulating server payloads.
  5. Anti-debug bypass.

If you know any softwares that are suitable for this is great. If you have something to add or you think the order should be different then please update me.

This is instead of answering multiple people:

Hamas is an anti-Semitic terror organization (not anti Israeli). You can't really separate between Hamas and Gaza citizens because Hamas controls Gaza. Hamas has day camps for children (in order to brainwash them from a young age), they have TV shows, radio channels, etc...

Mein kampf is a best seller in Palestine (see the comments and other links accept the answer).

Mein kampf was translated to Arabic in the 1930s and it's still spread in some countries in order to create anti semitism (of course), and it's not just in Muslim countries.

Hamas don't give a toss about Palestinians, they want to please Iran and Qatar.

Iran also backs Hamas and other terror organizations in the middle east. But it's not possible to ignore that Qatar gives them shelter. Everybody knows about the Iranian government, but Qatar is not mentioned enough in these cases. I only saw posts about Qatar's inner stuff, and it was mostly because they hosted the soccer events recently.

Hamas fighters

They're terrorists. Hamas is the richest terrorist organization in the world. Their headquarters are in Qatar, which pulls the strings and spreading hate against Jewish people (not just Israel). Don't believe me? Check it out for yourself. One of Hamas' goals is to exterminate the Jewish people all over the world!

They don't give a shit about Palestinian people. It's not about that at all.

I use scrapy. It has a steeper learning curve than other libraries, but it's totally worth it.

Here, have a poor man's gold 🥇

Tried it for a couple of weeks and went back to DDG. It's way better for programming and other geekie stuff imo.
