He's proud of you. It's a dad thing, trust me.

What is the point if you cannot trade it to other people? How are you supposed to make money by trading then?

[-] MrAlternateTape@lemm.ee 1 points 4 months ago

Pretty weird that you have to pay anything at all. In my country my boss would not be happy, but he cannot make me pay for that.

That is actually pretty funny.

Much like the classic.

"Boss, I damaged the mirror of the car and now I can't make it in time."

"Why not? It's just a mirror."

"The rest of the car is on top of it."

To the point where you hear a loud bang and some damage appears here or there.

Was lost on the airfield trying to pick up some friends. Borrowed a van, so it wasn't my car, I was lost and I was tired.

Then I fucked up and made a U-turn without looking and hit another car on the side. Nobody got hurt, but there was some damage.

Exchanged information and we each went on our way. Learned a valuable lesson that day.

That was an interesting read, thanks!

Their job is to represent their clients interest and make sure they get a fair trial. There's nothing wrong with that. In fact, it is one of the most important jobs for a justice system. I for one do not want to be charged for a crime I did not commit, and a good lawyer will turn that charge to shreds.

Of course they sometimes seem like the bad guys when defending rough criminals but those have the right to a correct and fair process too.

Everybody is storing it in different conditions. Me for example, my printer is in front of a window that gets afternoon sun.

No cover, no curtains or anything. I just leave my PETG roll on the printer and print whenever I want to. Just recently after like 6 months of not printing I printed something to test without any problems at all......

It would also stop much of the progress humanity made. Unfortunately, plastic is pretty much the cheapest and easiest solution for a lot of problems, specifically for packaging food and stuff like that.

You may very well travel back to a world that no longer can build that time machine.

Going a little overboard there in my opinion. If one of the major distributions would catch something sketchy, a whole bunch of tech savy would be all over it in no time.
