I watched the solo dev play it on Steam. Oh boy, that's a steep learning curve. I might give it a shot but it definitely doesn't target casual players.

They could be pulling out of the GPU market but I'm unaware of that. I still hear people waiting for the Battlemage lineup so I guessed they were still in with a planned release on Q4 2024.

Otherwise, thanks for the heads-up!

Everything is up to date and monitor sleep is turned off.

I'm starting to wonder if I give up on the 7700XT and go back to my 6600XT, it was sure as hell less troublesome.

worse OS

Not necessarily worse, it depends how you see it.

Windows lets me run my PC Gamepass for Xbox as well as Steam, retro console emulators, Python IDE etc, out of the box.

However, it doesn't let me suspend games and it sure is more taxing on the hardware to run.

As I'm not exclusively playing on Steam, the ROG is perfect for my needs.

Being a heavy user of the original Nintendo Gameboy and of Sega's Game Gear, I'm thrilled to see handhelds making a huge comeback. I own the ASUS ROG Ally and it's sooooo pleasant to use.

I wonder if EA automatically brings in negative reviews even if the game is somewhat enjoyable?

Genuinely asking, not a fan of EA in any way. I won't buy this game but 22% seems atrociously low.

Interesting, I'll be a day one buyer, it seems fun!

Too good of a deal to skip it.

It is. However, if you can grab it through Gamepass Ultimate, go for it. You could buy a couple months worth of subscription and cancel it once you're done with the game. It would be cheaper than buying it upfront.

Oh don't misunderstand me, I know it's meaningless.

I was just wondering why some people are stuffing up their numbers and calling out other gamers for having less expertise than them based on playtime.

Thanks for your answer!

Some cases can host much more than 2-3 fans. My old but reliable CoolerMaster ATX case can host up to seven 120mm fans. I don't need that much for the light gaming I do but for some people, it's cheaper to buy them in pack rather than individually, either for a single build with lots of fans or if you are building computers for a living.
