We agree in the most part, and I'm happy the dev they tried to strongarm had a spine and called them out. That put a stop to that pretty quick.

Any monopolist behavior is bad imho, but I can see room for limited exclusivity. But not copyright, 100 years after the authors death limited... 6 months maybe 12.. that's it.

Yeah I sort of get what you are saying. But I see it as less of an issue. The Devs take a pay for timed exclusivity and this helps development. But in the end the exclusivity will go away as devs will in no way keep part of 5heir consumerbase from their product. And I can wait... But I see your point fo sho!

So Pantsir does work against air targets! So far the footage from Ukraine suggested the thing did not work.

Is it though? Lot of originalists. And getting rid of the rule of monarchy was as foundational to the US's independence as it gets. I find it hard to believe the supreme court would elevate someone above the law.

Wanting privacy is OK, and your link to the video on the face ID of the bank also helped explain what you where talking about.

It's the way you wrote it that came across if you where some conspiracy nutcase and that causes downvotes.

Many people share concerns about the use and storage of PII by for profit companies and governments without any oversight on what actually happens with the data. It is good that waryness on who you provide what data to is Becoming more mainstream. I remember years ago people would look at me funny if I replied "no thank you" when asked my zip code in a store. Now a lot more people do it.
