I currently have a Thinkpad W530 with a Quadro K2000M. Because I have coreboot as its firmware, I am able to run completely on the discrete GPU. So far I've been doing great.

I've looked on the feature matrix of the nouveau support and my GPU (Kepler) happens to have all the features checked-off, with the exception of dynamic power management (mostly WIP).

Right now, I'm running KDE wayland with the nouveau driver with no issue.

On the other hand, I've tried having the hybrid GPU and it sucks.

I'm not a bot, I just find funny this.

I know I ask a while after but I have your answer in mind for days and I have a somewhat subjective question: How many seeders can be considered few seeders? For example, right now I downloaded the latest Garuda Linux ISO and it has 30 seeders (the Gnome version) but with what you said I really don't see the need to seed this because I'm going to seed something that already has many seeders and Garuda is constantly renewing its ISOs.

It definitely looks like the first program that should be installed when doing a clean install of Windows!

I recently found out about winget, how is winget different from scoop? Apart from of course, the number of packages and that anyone can contribute to it.

The simplest thing in your case is to download it from gog-games (check the Free Media Heck Yeah megathread), because the base game and its DLC are simple .exe, you just install the first .exe of the base game and then continue with the .exe of the DLC.

And personally I don't use Lutris, but it should be as simple as having a "run" button and you select where you have the .exe,

Thanks for the answer, but I don't think that can be the issue, since Mangohud says the whole OS is using just 10GB of my 16GB of RAM, although it may be a VRAM issue since I can't set it up in Mangohud and I can't monitor it.

Thanks! I think it's not intuitive at all or maybe I'm just blind.

Thanks, that worked perfectly!

Personally I consider the best alternative is Spotify, and I know, it's a telemetry and tracker nightmare but you don't necessarily need to create an account using your main email, you can use a temporary email exclusively for your spotify account.

Personally, I used ViMusic and Moosync for a long time but then I really considered that at the end of the day I'm depending on Google and I'm giving my information to Google even though I'm using a front-end, which is not even a proxy, it's Google.

In this case I consider that fragmentation is better, Spotify can't recognize me from other services and I give less information to Google.
