The Google Play version of AntennaPod has Cast enable, FDroid version didn't the last time I checked.

Not all piped based, but you can use beatbump.io on desktop. Innertune or ViMusic on Android (both available on FDroid). I prefer InnerTune as you have more control over offline tracks.

Yep, still working for me. Had to set it up with an App Password, as I couldn't get it to work without.

Started getting tired of the ads in gmail, so last week switched to K9 Mail. Liking it so far.
