Where? I should add it to my list of places to avoid.

Chocolate on pizza is a south american thing, I've never seen it in the US.

He also claimed the purpose of the threat was to strengthen NATO by getting more countries to increase their military budgets. Trump isn't anti-imperialist.

If you look up the guy's (now deleted) twitter, the guy was a pro-NATO nutcase who I guess earnestly believed Trump would disband NATO.

I'm not calling all people who are pro-NATO nutcases, I mean the dude was mentally ill and extremely pro NATO, claimed he had thousands of "NATO-trained Afghan troops" ready to defend Taiwan, claimed he was going to go fight in Ukraine, tried to buy a rocket from Elon Musk to assassinate Putin, etc.

Here's his extremely hinged website: https://taiwanforeignlegion.com/

Damn, you're getting George Soros bucks?

Would you show me what lead you to believe this? Do you have any evidence of an account whose actions are consistent with those of a bot? Say reposting old comments as a response to a repost to build fake history, or pretending to be one thing in one case and not others, or a sudden shift in content indicating the account was sold?

Or is it just easier to believe as it gives you an excuse not to examine your own beliefs?

This is a tiny place, and unlike reddit, there's not enough history that you can just make bots repost old threads and comments or buy old accounts to generate fake histories without people catching on, and the admins of the instances would probably call it out if they noticed anything awry.

Do you always use a banana tree as your desk?

Yeah, I kinda suck at rhetoric. What's a better way to present to people that the media pointing at foreigners exercising .001% of the malign influence they do serves to distract from the 99.99% of influence they exert? CNN wasn't presenting wall to wall coverage of Trump in 2016 because of Russia, nor are they essentially giving republicans free advertising by accepting their framing on crime and foreign policy in Israel right now because of Russia.

DocToPdf Disrespect was quietly banned from twitch, and then responded to allegations that he was sexting minors with "age of consent varies between states, what I did wasn't even illegal and what even is sexting? This is just haters trying to ruin my day"

In September 2017, Facebook told congressional investigators it had discovered that hundreds of fake accounts linked to a Russian troll farm had bought $100,000 in advertisements targeting the 2016 U.S.

That year, CNN, Fox, and others spent billions influencing Americans.

Looks like it's having a measurable effect.

The bill in question is the one Biden tried to pass, but was blocked by republicans after Trump called it a bad bill, despite containing only things the republicans want.

It would enable the president to shut down the border and gives billions to ICE, CPB, US Marshals, etc to increase detention capacity, train additional personnel, etc. It also gave billions to Israel and Ukraine.

Kamala gonna have the immigrant vote locked up.

Among other changes to immigration law, the measure would make it more difficult to gain asylum in the United States and increase detentions and deportations of those crossing into the country without authorization. It would also effectively close the border altogether if the average number of migrants encountered by immigration officials exceeded a certain threshold — an average of 5,000 over the course of a week or 8,500 on any given day. The bill also would give the president power to close the border unilaterally if migrant encounters reach an average of 4,000 per day over a week.
