The IA is being DDOS'd right now and is down, just in case you weren't aware

Holy crap!

Some of those comments could seem like an extreme joke of conservative beliefs, but when you take the rest of the comments they actually believe it - that's a terrifying level of far right nutso.

So, an actual answer if you're interested.

No, the President does not have the power to remove him. When the Post Office was reformed into USPS in the 1970's, the selection of Postmaster General is made by the Board of Governors of the Postal Service. These board members have 7 year terms, and are appointed by the President, with Senate approval.

The Postmaster General has no fixed term, and serves until the Board decides otherwise.

There are 9 members of the Board, and no more than 5 can be from the same party. The Postmaster General and Deputy Postmaster General are also voting members of the Board, though there are some things they can't vote on.

Removing requires an absolute majority - so even though a quorum is 6, there needs to be 5 votes to remove DeJoy.

No member of the Board can serve more than 2 terms, and they can't be removed without a gross violation - misconduct for example.

So despite the spongebob meme reference reply near mine, no, Biden can't just remove DeJoy.

Oh absolutely.

I'd just find it hilarious for her to respond, but leaving the idiot alone is absolutely the best course of action.

Unrelated outside of the title... Pokemon Go to the Polls was a very fun bonus episode for dungeons and daddies

Related, I really hope the Taylor Swift fans register and vote (and more, but her fans are relevant right now considering the endorsement right after the debate)

The bigger issue to me are games that were removed from steam and I can no longer get.

Which is why I don't bother buying on steam anymore. If I'm buying, its DRM-free only.

While I agree with regards to school shootings, this has a lot of other value as well, such as medical emergencies. I think its great to have a system like this available, I just wish the reasoning behind it was more for those medical emergencies and less because school shootings are all too common...

I'm glad it helped in Georgia. I hope its never needed for the same reason ever again - though with the idiots out there that think guns are more important than kids, its likely my hopes will be dashed soon.

If it was done right, you don't see it without looking for the patching of the drywall in the original picture, you won't in a compressed screenshot.

Though your second sentence finalizes for me that I have no interest in your posts/comments, since you're continuing to just be incredibly wierd, for literally no reason other than being upset that someone clearly knows more than you do. So... Goodbye then.

Super useful for running plasma-mobile or bigscreen for testing too!

After notch started posting transphobic comments, a parody account said that Hatsune Miku made Minecraft. A bunch of people ran with it - and it became a meme.

If you don't put the https:// in front of 12ft.io, clients won't format the link correctly and will see the https:// for the daily beast as the start of the link.

So please use https://12ft.io/https://www.thedailybeast.com/donald-trump-mixed-up-willie-brown-for-former-sen-nate-holden-in-helicopter-story-says-holden instead.
