"Sure we destroyed the planet as we knew it, but for a brief moment in time, we increased value for shareholders!"

Why did the coup occur? Do the citizens of Niger support the coup?

No surprise. Land of the free... but also the land of the inconsiderate, and also perhaps selfish.

Seems like everybody like you wants to spend money without diligence when it's the public money.

Proven methods of combating climate change are being ignored here. Hell, the government need not even invest in proven techs like wind farms and solar.. they could put that money into modernizing the power grid and even that would be better than... whatever shit this is.

Ah the "I'm not crazy! You are!" Stage of deranged authoritarians

Except if you think even a few more depths about this... you would understand people have needs. I would be happy to buy a car now if I need it now and can afford it. Your argument only works for goods that are not a necessity to life.

If they’re hosting the manual then they can keep it updated (typos/mistakes/changes etc.).

This was never a problem with manuals when they were hosted offline.

Printed manuals can become outdated by the time it reaches the buyer.

What, the product magically changes during shipping?

A lot of sociopaths propagate the lie that everyone in the world is as selfish and corrupt as they are. These people are the ones who are controlling capital. It's their incapability to be normal like everyone else that's responsible for their sociopathy and also their projection of values.

Don't be fooled, you're sane if you reject the capitalistic ideals. It's insane to make somebody else disproportionately wealthy with your hardwork and ideas.

To do something equitably when reality is not equitable is disengineous and immoral

When evil hides behind legality, there's no moral imperative for good people to follow laws.
