People that owned land and lived off it didnt have nearly as much stress as modern people

Smart people like challenges and learning, stupid only like to sound smart while explaining something they dont actually understand

I got it, by pushing with my legs, a lot lot lot of kg, but not enough training, maybe a few weeks then I went in too much

Worst part: doctors didnt see anything, they didnt even do all the necessary scans, and I forgot where I put the paper for order date
