Use WSL on the laptop for ssh, that's actually a VM. VM separation should work correctly, or we have a much bigger problem. Just reset WSL, everything should be wiped related to the ssh sessions. Work IT would maybe allow that.

I don't have this exact card, but used several different pcie soundcards with linux with toslink, and usually I had to fiddle with pavucontrol

As I understand DHT is just addresses and hashes, not the actual data.

I draw the line this way: If I disconnect the computer from the network any given time, does it store the questionable data.

I like my big phone and most people seem to like them as well. Manufacturers want to sell more phones and the intersection of people who care about things you mention (what the heck is even uwb) and really want a small phone is very small.

Thanks. I tried an experiment recently, how long can I live without rooting. This is finally a reason to install magisk again.

It's not that unique, RORO trains aka rolling highways are used throughout Europe, but for freight only: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rolling_highway

What do you mean by touchscreen and stylus? Do you want to transfer pressure data? Do you want to see the screen of the pc on the tablet?

And the train is clearly inspired by the Wuppertal Schewebebahn:

It seems you are right: https://www.magicearth.com/faq/#traffic-and-events-help

Where do you get the traffic and road closure info from?

We get it from a third-party provider; it is not created by us.

It's limited to mostly first world countries: https://www.magicearth.com/feature-availablity/#hd_traffic

But somehow, someone tracking it's users, I can't imagine other way to get data like this. Maybe some carsharing service, company fleet management or something like that.
