Good riddance
For context on the drug problem in the Lower Mainland: currently it's centered around the Downtown Eastside in Vancouver. Richmond can be seen as a suburb of Vancouver (though Richmond Center is, in its own right, a thriving urban center), and most notably it's a heavily Asian-dominated community. For a number of reasons, there are relatively few drug users in Richmond and few overdoses or deaths.
Inherently, naval targets are vulnerable to saturation attacks from a ground-based opponent, particularly when isolated (like the Caesar).
Y'know what, I might have some issues with the mods here, but at least they never said "It's the same story. "Russia plans to attack NATO", we get it, you don't have to re-post it 6 times. 24 hour ban for arguing the point and abusive posting"when someone posted stories about how Estonian, German, Polish, and French governments all made independent statements about Russia's plans for NATO.

In true FPTP fashion, the party most likely to form government is ideologically opposed to the parties that, combined, have the majority of the vote.
Everyone thinks they're above international bodies, but most don't pretend that they don't think so.
