From living in HK, they all look very similar / have similar security features so most people are used to the different designs. Might be easier to scam tourists tho.

Best option, although still not a very good one, is a browser with an invidious instance website ( e.g inv.tux.pizza ) as they have no shorts. Probably one of the few solutions on IOS.

I used to also think gaming and Linux are not really that compatible, but Proton being built into steam makes it easy to run pretty much any game out of the box now.

Recently went on a flight and paid 30 USD for seat selection online. Then when we go to the airport our friends who didn't check in online could select it free at the airport anyways...

In the UK university is still wayyyy cheaper than US, but local students pay ~$10,000 a year max due to regulation, but international students have no protection and typically pay ~$30,000
