I am in a bit of a pickle. I'm a developer, and I also use some crypto social media, and I also like downloading media sometimes, I do a lot of stuff. I modify CSS, I script & hack the web, yadda yadda. Basically what this means is I ended up with like 50 addons I juggle-enable-disable all the time. This is extremely frustrating without some kind of grouping them, or at the very least searching only among my installed addons to enable/disable.

Do you guys have any idea if a tool or method exists to solve this problem?

1 - jwt is the authentication cookie u get when u sign in with ur password, ur browser stores the jwt and then any further interaction authenticates using it

2 - yes, userscripts, extensions, custom frontends, apps, all apps have access to jwt

Ah, yes, Elon, thank you for informing me that Charlie said that you suck. It was about time for me to realize that Charlie is an incessant critic who deserves to be terminated immediately without prior notice or discussion. CHARLIE, COME HERE. *gunshots sound*

You're not wrong. The problem is that these links only work on Lemmy.

Lemmy looked neat but figuring out which instance to join was hard

how about any lol, any major instance is ok

and yeah lemmy is open source, there's a lemmy instance for every point on the political spectrum, devs being commies makes no difference for the end result which is a very diverse (fe)diverse

sure is nice to be an admin in a corpo site where the rules of social ethics don't apply, bet they're glad they can screw over everyone, knowingly and openly, and not even get a scratch, but even raises and promotions

@zekiz if you read the modcoord message sent by admins, they argue that if users are used to seeing sfw there and suddenly see nsfw it's bad. Which could mean that a_t would not be complying with these guidelines I assume.

@mjhrrs don't expect reddit to die, it's too big, it'll just become a bit smaller and fedi will become much bigger but i don't think it'll surpass reddit userbase, it's nowhere near even tho it's grown massively, reddit is truly truly big at 430 million monthly active users, for reference the whole lemmy+kbin have 330k total users (not active users) today. that's 1/1303th of reddit. Surely a lot, but we need to ramp the numbers the fuck up to get to, say, 1/100 (4.3 million active users)

@Litigant-In-Person@kbin.social you guys are badasses, you made my night. I wish you good luck. I love that you're competent enough to strike well. I hope to see you in the lemmyverse, be it on kbin or lemmy or anywhere. 😁

@FaceDeer

My goals in aiding protests were just as you say. I wanted to help consolidate the instances I use, and the communities I use. I've always known reddit will stay there. I don't even think I'm wounding reddit. That beast is too big. All I can do is piggyback some popular posts and get a few hundred to a thousand people to fill up my instance and make me a bit happier about this whole debacle :)
