I started with Alan Wake 2, then went back to Control.
Both really great, unique games, and Remedy are now up there with FromSoftware for my most anticipated games.
Control was absolutely great, but they really hit another level with AW2 imo.

Hmm, I’d say it got worse after I caught Covid, but I wouldn’t say that was the cause.
I’ve never had good energy levels, but it felt like it had been specifically downhill over 5 or so years, and then completely fell off the cliff for a year.
I think it was a general blood test, they weren’t looking for hypothyroidism specifically.
Exactly. The reason I cancel my subscriptions is because there’s been a nosedive in content that I enjoy, which has tipped the scales to it costing more than it’s worth to me.
I’ve moved to a Plex setup, but even then I don’t watch many shows at all. The ones I do watch are all on different platforms though, so it would be X many subscriptions just to watch the few shows I like.
I mean, horror comedy is the junk food of movies.
It’s almost supposed to be bad, and that’s what people like.

I thought it was always kinda corny, just chuck some jokes in, then have the occasional fight scene. That’s what it is.
If they tried to be too serious I think it would fail spectacularly.
It’s the one main genre I just don’t get. There are a few bands I like, but that’s usually because they bridge a gap between metal and hard rock.
I think it’s the vocals that usually put me off.
