I'm more familiar with ECU tuning of Hondas back in the 90s but I know it is still going on.
I had my B5 Turbo Passat chipped with no other changes. I noticed the difference during a full throttle run as the left and right front tires took turns losing grip.
Pretty sure the easy diesel remaps are over in the US but, as usual, if know someone they can set up.
The most obvious ECU tuning currently is people adding Snap. Crackle, and Pop to their cars as the engine RPMs drop.

I guess it doesn't necessarily need to be web enabled as long as there is a way to use it in Windows and Linux.
I use Firefox on Windows with several different extensions so I didn't notice any issues with this website. Most websites work normally with my settings.

They are called "Wireless" headphones when there is a wire connecting them. "True Wireless" means two separate earbuds.

1973 Volkswagen Beetle with 138,000 miles on it. Running condition, but needs mechanical TLC. Interior in pretty good condition, headliner intact, front seats upholstery ok, Back seat, back only, seat missing. This car has been partially modified. The shift system is a Gene Berg short shift. Has T-bar bumpers. Custom steering wheel. Standard Hub Caps & special gas peddle. Running Lights mounted below main headlights. Great restoration project!
edit - $1,500. This may have been a special edition model as they came with the front directional signals mounted in the bumper.
The importance of regular oil changes.
If times are tight most cars will forgive deferred maintenance but oil is not one of them.
