This past week was stressful but I managed to accomplish my goal, which was to go running on two days. I usually run for around 50 minutes with two short walking breaks in between. I also went hiking today. On average I walked for 8k steps every day this week. Good week for walking 
Next week I'm visiting my parents in my hometown so I'm not gonna go running but I would like to go on bike rides and hiking. It would be great if I could do some reading as well. But my main priority is vibing with my cat and dog

Killers of the Flower Moon - 6/10 - It's a solid, well made movie but I was a bit disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to most people, just watch Goodfellas for the fifth time instead
Oppenheimer - 8/10 - It's not perfect but it's entertaining at the very least, definitely recommend
Poor Things - 9/10 - I enjoyed it a lot, it's my favourite of the three I've watched

I am not dunking on these songs because they are popular. I like a lot of popular music. There are even some bangers on this list (Post Malone is awesome). However, most of the songs on this list are aggressively mid at best and completely unlistenable at worst. There is plenty of great pop music that deserves to be on this list.
Unfortunately, this is not my photo. I occasionally see magpies in my area but I don't have a good camera yet. I love photography and birds so I'll have to buy a decent camera sooner or later
