Johannesburg is a hellhole rife with corruption and abuse, so maybe the people doing this feel like they have no other way to fight back.

Maybe they should have a breeding program for foreigners.

I wouldn't mind taking a paid vacation to Russia just to impregnate some babes and not have to stick around to raise the kids.
