This site has a crowd sourced list of apps that includes their compatibility on deGoogled Android devices.

Personally, I've had very few issues with apps not working, and banking/productivity apps haven't given me issues on CalyxOS, but your mileage may vary

Pls Help me decide on the most cost effective phone when my biggest deciding factor is a nice camera but I'm not paying $800 for a dang phone by runningman in c/android@lemmy.world

I used a variety of 3rd party reddit apps (reddit is fun, slide, and infinity), but deleted my account after the API mess. I've been using Jerboa with Lemmy the last week or two
