It isn't, and I did not say so. But I'll go ahead and use the same logic as you, and conclude that your understanding of the war is not based on any information at all, since you have not mentioned a single source so far.

If we go back to the actual article, and the sources it cites, it looks like the will to fight is still there, so what you say does not appear to be true.

Perhaps you care to provide sources to the contrary?

Similarly, you say Putin can't stop the war, because he is afraid of the Russian people. Is it not also true that stopping the war is incredibly unpopular in the west too? Is Putin as weak as the western leaders? I thought he had massive support from the population and that the people respects his opinion?

I'm struggling with you not being able to provide a date for some election or referendum from before the invasion where the people in any way would have indicated that they wish for an intervention.

As you are unable to do so, I conclude that we agree that the people did indeed not wish to be annexed, so that settles thaz point.

The very first sentence in thr very first source says the referendum was held in September 2022, while Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022. If my math checks out, September comes after February. Or are you referring to some other referendum? Could you be more specific?

I guess we have to disagree then. To me making an offer you know does not stand a chance is not basic diplomacy. Threatening to murder the person you "want" to negotiate with is also not basic diplomacy IMHO.

But I guess I could try the Russian school of diplomacy the next time I want to ask for a raise. I'm not sure taking a shit in front of my boss' office and loudly proclaim I will beat him until I get a 1000% raise will be a great way to start the negotiations, but you've actually convinced me to give it a try.

How many billion times do you generally do that, and how is battery life after?

That someone could be me. An LLM needs to be fine-tuned to follow instructions. It needs to be fed example inputs and corresponding outputs in order to learn what to do with a given input. You could feed it prompts containing instructuons, together with outputs following the instructions. But you could also feed it prompts containing no instructions, and outputs that say if the prompt contains the hidden system instructipns or not.

How, if the 2nd LLM does not follow instructions on the input? There is no reason to train it to do so.

[-] sweng@programming.dev 2 points 6 months ago

Can you explain how you would jailbfeak it, if it does not actually follow any instructions in the prompt at all? A model does not magically learn to follow instructuons if you don't train it to do so.

If you don't have an expert, you should demand one. If I don't have an electrician, I won't ask my plumber to go read a book and come back to do the wiring. I would wait and get an electrician.

I don't know much about Belgian banks, but the first one I found is Ing, and here is their documentation: https://developer.ing.com/openbanking/home. I'm sure searching for " bankname PSD2" will give you results for other banks.

But it does restrict making use of the program in specific fields of endeavor. That's the entire point of the license. I would e.g. not be able to use it in a business that sells hate speech literature.
