LocalSend does it best
I personally don't like it because (on android) it insists on auto-starting and continuously running in the background with no options to change that behaviour. Every time I use it and after every reboot I have to force quit the app. It would be a great tool otherwise but I find that annoying af.
Nice! Very useful changes
TIL that Tylenol is just how americans call paracetamol
Let's press it right now
Yep, you can "reject all" if you're lucky. Then you just have to go through the list anyway and untick all "legitimate interest" to spy on you.
K thx bye I'm not logging in with a google account on my phone
I've been using wallabag for that, but this looks much more polished at first glance. I hope they improve their self-hosting support
It just makes a lot of stuff way easier once you know how to use it. Switching out a word for another: two button-presses, duplicating a line: three presses, deleting 500 consecutive lines: five presses
That's all fine and dandy, but why does it say rxw on the left?
You could look into CalyxOS. I don't know if you'd consider installing an alternative System on your phone, but the FP4 is one of the few ones that let you unlock and relock the bootloader. Mine has been on Android 13 for a while now with very few software issues.
There is no point in encrypting a public group chat since anyone can join and decrypt it anyway.
