I did it. Only two major hurdles i havent quite got yet, phone (i preorederd a Jolla) and digital payments. Otherwise im pretty glad i ditched everything, including windows.

Agreed on those points. I asked the same exact question to my union rep becuase we already have a very tight security infrastructure due to the nature of our work. I dont mind our business having standard security becuase we are not in the business of data sales. I did not yet get a reply that really answered to that very obvious point.
I guess ill leave that as a last resort.
I have been using copmaps. Its not as accurate as google or apple but it better than nothing and i dont mind.
The people need to organize for that to happen... not likely in america let alone around the world.
