Doing that I can see the loading bar for half a second when reopening the app. As stated on the app webpage this is certainly to update the database with any new images but it doesn't rebuild the entire database from scratch.
Maybe your cache gets deleted automatically when you close the app on your device. Make sure you have no other app that may do so.

Using Ublock picker (not zapper) you can block/allow elements per domain and save/revert your choices. But overall, like I already said, I agree with you that umatrix offered a more granular and easy approach. It would be nice to see that implemented in Ublock. I nonetheless understand why it's not the case since it would benefit only few users and may scared most of the others.

Hopefully umatrix will work for you for a long time. For me it was not and that's how I discovered Ublock and adapt to its "limitations". On a daily basis it helps me browse the internet like umatrix did. It's just sad that umatrix was not forked.

Great. If you search for Goodwy in Aurora for example you'll find a bunch of apps starting with "Right". Here is the list on GitHub as well: https://github.com/Goodwy
I may have additional suggestions if you're interested.

I have haptic feedback disabled globally. I don't know if there's an option in KISS for that.

Thank you for your help. I ended up using the approach proposed by @flashgnash (i.e. using lazy.vim) which let me install neovim and all my plugins.

It worked. Thanks! Just a question though: why is there instructions and all the packages in NixOS if it's not yet reliable?

Thanks for the feedback. I'm used to packer but it's not maintained anymore so may be a good time to switch to lazy.
I'll see if I can have it work in NixOS.

As I said I've actually done it before asking... But I didn't reboot and and that was needed for the change to take effect ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

When Wayland is eventually ready, I will personaly look into river. At least that's what I would do now but no doubts that by the time everybody move to Wayland there will be way more options to consider. Hopefully one will be a good replacement for bspwm.

My statement about the lack of uniformity was in regards to several issues I had with some plugins in emacs. Even my friend who codes his own plugins for emacs was of no help because 1) there is too many approaches and dependencies to write plugins, 2) there was no solution. Also, there are too many plugins to serve the same purpose and I found it difficult (compared to neovim) to figure out the difference between them. At least twice I also experienced conflicts between plugins. Finally, the level of customization was also less granular than what offers neovim. Again, I can see why emacs is appealing to some. It's just not for me. As I like to say, the number of options available in the Linux world is one of the most beautiful things that makes this OS the only one you can tweak perfectly to any user's needs and preference.

I would add that neovim and emacs both have a steep learning curve but I personaly found the level of support and core and plugins documentation for neovim more accessible, readable, and better organized.

I completely share your vision about what an IDE should be doing. I'm old school and adhere to the "do one thing but do it right" philosophy. Also, I hate relying on one tool for several needs because if anything goes wrong it has multiple impacts. As a side note, I use neomutt as my email client and you can nicely couple neovim to it to write your emails ;)
