I think nobody and no org pushed that because it's just too big a propaganda lie. Polling about healthcare are always very carefully phrased and controlled so it's PR for the industry. But I think the average American knows how bad it is. Even if they and their family has been lucky and have zero bad experiences - they surely have a relative, a friend, a neighbor, etc who got fucked by their "healthcare".
